Opensense + Google Workspace Integration

Opensense integrates with Google Workspace to provide centralized email signature management across your entire organization. Sync user data from Google Directory, visually push signatures to Gmail, and target accounts or individual recipients with 1:1 signature content.

What You Can Do

How It Works

  1. Connect your Google Workspace admin console to Opensense
  2. Sync user data from Google Directory into signature templates
  3. Design templates and assign them by department, team, or organizational unit
  4. Opensense pushes signatures to Gmail and applies server-side injection for banner targeting
